Good question! There are a lot of great organizations out there, even locally. The Urban Rewild Project has a different mission and scope that bridges a lot of those organizations together. We plan to collaborate with them for greater impact!

I understand this concern. Many garden vegetables actually do fine in shaded areas. The best way to manage this is to get a list of what you can grow in shade and what absolutely needs full sun. You can plan the rewilding of your yard in accordance with how you want to use it. We’ll publish an article on this soon!
